Where To Go In County Kerry

Cead Mile Fialte One Hundred Thousand Welcomes to County Kerry Ireland, otherwise known as “The Kingdom”.

County Kerry is a part of Ireland that you will return to again and again.

Whether it is for the scenery, to play a game of golfclimbing the mountains, the fishing, the sailing, the surfingdiving the depths of the Atlantic, to observe the native wild life and birds, or just simply The Craic.

There are a million of things to do and see that can be enjoyed by everybody from babies to grandparents. You will find excitement and tranquillity here in this County at the edge of Europe. Don`t forget at Kruger’s pub your next pint is New York.

How about an adventure activity, Canoeing/ Kayaking on the lakes of Killarney.

How about a day out for you and the kids to an amazing Wild-Life Park.

Or a cute Pet Farm.

Why not rent a bike and see County Kerry the slow and easy way. You can get a great deal at Lyne's Rent a Bike.

Would you love a stroll around a Beautiful Landscaped Garden?

Have you seen Muckross Abbey?

Hiking and Walking around Torc Waterfall is not just a waterfall but wonderful healthy walk also.

Why not take a tour of The Gap Of Dunloe. This is more of an adventure than tour. Combination of a bus, jaunting car, walk and finally a boat. You will see the famous gap, glaciated valleys and sail down the Lakes. Full day departure 10.30am.

Contact: Gap Of Dunloe Tours.

One of my favourite drives is through The Black Valley. You just have to go along the road less travelled.

Would you like an Amazing way to see wildlife? Then Seafari is perfect for you and your family.

If by any chance there is a drop of rain in the air!!! You can always head off to The Aqua Dome in Tralee.

How about a scenic drive around The Dingle Peninsula, or Ballaghisheen Pass. You have to go around The Ring Of Kerry and Through The High Passes.

A place you must see is Muckross House

Follow in the footsteps of Saint Brendan The Navigator. A pilgrimage through Kerry`s rugged landscape, The Kerry Camino.

Dingle Peninsula and Slea Head Tour run by Rory & Eibhlís is one not to be missed!
