From An Daingean (Dingle) take the R559 to Baile an Fheirtearaigh. Follow the Campail Teach an Aragail CAMPING SIGNS. Location 300mts from Gallarus Oratory. Just 10 minute drive from Dingle Town

The campsite location is the nearest campsite to Dingle Town. Situated in the heart of the fior Gaeltacht, Baile na nGall is a Gaelic speaking area. Surrounded by music, poetry, history, archaeology, culture and scenery. Walk the way of the Saints to Mount Brandon, or the Dingle Way and visit the famous Blasket Islands. The site is situated right in the middle of the Dingle Outdoor Archaeological Museum, right beside Gallarus Oratory & Riasc Cross.

Taste the food, hear the music, feel the fresh air, in this special spiritual space. Family run campsite with pub and restaurant in nearby Baile na nGall fishing village. Onsite information centre and local historical reg. tour guide. Bi Linn. Dogs are allowed on lead only and under control but not between 20th July & 10th August. Owner's responsibility.

The scenery is breathtaking especially around Slea Head which is a beautiful stopping-off point with two restaurants within a couple of hundred metres of Slea Head. The views from here are magnificent on a clear day - The Blasket Islands - and you can also get a ferry and explore this island which is well worth doing. Book the ferry beforehand to make sure you get a place as it is always busy.

Outdoor & Indoor activities within 8km include Waterworld Dive Centre, Watersports, Ocean World Aquarium, Climbing Wall (play at height), Blasket Centre, Wildlife Seal Sanctuary, Museums, Pottery, Brewer's World of Leisure. Within 5km from the site are famous beaches, Pubs with music, Restaurants, Hill Walking hikes, Archaelogical site, angling swimming, horse riding, boating, surfing, canoeing, boat trips. You name it and you will find it here.
